# Quarterly Migration Report

The migration moved fourteen services from the legacy cluster to the new platform. Each service kept its public endpoint during the move.

## Scope and Schedule

Work started in the first week of March and finished six weeks later. Two services needed a second maintenance window because their databases were larger than planned.

- Inventory every running service

- Freeze schema changes during cutover

- Mirror traffic for one day before switching

- Keep the old cluster warm for rollback

The remaining work is tracked in the platform backlog and is expected to close before the next audit.
