What is a Markdown reader?
A Markdown reader renders .md text as formatted document output — headings, tables, lists, code blocks, and images — while keeping the raw source one click away. Markovo's reader adds original-document compare and Word export for converted files.
Does the Markdown reader upload my file?
No. Opening or pasting a local .md file renders entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Only conversions you already ran through Markovo load stored results, and those stay private to your account.
Can I export Markdown to Word?
Yes. Export produces a real .docx file — headings, lists, tables, code, and links are adapted into native Word formatting rather than saved as renamed plain text.
Can I compare the Markdown with the original PDF?
When you open a Markovo conversion result whose source is still retained, the reader offers Original and Compare views that render the PDF next to the Markdown output for source-aware review.
Why did my result link stop working?
Stored artifacts expire on a schedule, and deleting a conversion removes its files. The reader says which happened instead of failing silently — and your account history keeps the conversion record either way.
